People of all ages visit Preserve Physical Therapy for back, neck, and shoulder pain, balance disorders, and hip, knee, and foot pain. Dr. Mehta takes an integrative treatment approach, emphasizing minimally and non-invasive therapies.

Dr. Mehta is the only physical therapist in the area offering biofeedback muscle training. This physical therapy subspecialty uses a combination of mind-body techniques and electronic sensors to improve the accuracy and quality of muscle performance and speed up recovery.

Dr. Mehta is friendly and compassionate and loves getting to know his patients. He treats people of all ages but is particularly interested in seniors and those with neurological disorders, as he specializes in fall prevention and balance training.

Preserve Physical Therapy is founded on two principles: prevention is better than cure, and every patient is unique. Dr. Mheta and his staff honor these beliefs in everything they do, working to relieve pain, restore mobility, and improve the quality of life.
