Preservation Program

Continued care forms an integral part of our approach to treat the whole body, not just a complaint in isolation. This service is fundamental in ensuring our patient's long term health and wellness. This also allows our patients to maintain their functional aspects while preventing re-hospitalization secondary to falls.
